Position Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll work directly with local businesses to design and execute integrated advertising campaigns across radio and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships within the local market
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships
- Create customized, results-driven marketing campaigns using radio and digital solutions
- Present ideas and proposals to business owners and decision-makers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure campaign success
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to build relationships and close sales
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer needs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Sales experience (outside sales, B2B, or advertising preferred)
- Background in radio, media, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with social media, SEO, or digital advertising strategies
