Office Assistant/Part Time Sales Job Functions

Under the direct supervision of the Station Manager of Riverfront Broadcasting, – Pierre, working alongside all Pierre location staff.

Primary Functions of Office Assistant/Part Time Sales

  • Represent our stations in a positive way.

    • Information attached.

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties,

    • greeting guests and offering them a seat and beverage

    • answering phones

    • always keeping front office area tidy

  • providing exceptional service to new and existing clients and guests

  • address client/customer needs in a timely fashion

  • handling company inquiries

  • sorting and distributing mail.

  • entering contracts and change orders accurately into Natural Log system.

    • provide a paper trail with everything you do in the system.

  • providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to General Manager

  • assuring that all billing is sent out accurately and in a timely manner.

  • complete daily logs

    • send to General Manager & Sales Reps

  • reconcile daily logs.

  • special projects as requested by management.

  • assisting team members

  • other duties assigned or as needed by management.

  • identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Perform related and special duties as assigned.

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

  • Handle account sales from prospecting to billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 – $5,000.00 per month (DOE)
