City of Whittemore-Lifeguards

The City of Whittemore is now accepting applications for LIFEGUARD positions at the Whittemore Swimming Pool for the 2026 season. Said position requires qualified, hard-working, dedicated individuals who are willing to work their scheduled hours during the months of June thru mid-August, 2026. Job requires working weekends and a portion of the Fourth of July holiday (for which the Pool is closed in the evening only). Competitive wages and 100% reimbursement of successfully completed Lifeguard Training Class Fees.  Interested candidates may pick up an employment application at Whittemore City Hall or by calling (515) 884-2265 during regular office hours.
