Krick Insurance Agency is hiring! We are in search of a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This position is part time with the potential for becoming full time with the right candidate. Insurance Licensing is required for this position, but we will assist in obtaining it.
The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to remember data and details, and a passion for customer service with a positive attitude along with a drive to succeed.
Job duties include responding to client phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner, completing change requests, offering information about price quotes, obtaining and recording payments, and maintaining the Agency Management system.
