Our technical support associates play an important role in helping individuals access telehealth services. This includes enrollment, password resets, website and app assistance and troubleshooting, and more.

This position is work-at-home for individuals living in Yankton, SD, and the surrounding area.

Five Star offers benefit package options and a sign-on bonus.
Sign on Bonus – After 60 days receive $250; After 120 days receive an additional $250 plus 8 hours of PTO

o Work independently

Education and Experience
o A high school diploma or GED is preferred
o Previous 1 year customer service experience required
o Must be at least 16 years of age
o Regulary required to sit
o Regulary required to use hands to feel, handle and control objects
o Occasionally required to reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
o Occasionally required to lift and/or carry loads of up to 30 lbs
o All standard vision abilities are required
o All standard hearing abilities are required
